Dear Members,
Thank you to those who attended our AGM on 10 April. For those who were unable to attend, the marvels of modern technology allow us to send you the attached video so that you, too, can benefit from the presentation by Wayne Duvenage of OUTA (Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse).
Wayne is a well-known champion of civil rights, and has been a source of inspiration to many Ratepayers Associations and other civil groupings that pursue the same ideals at local level. We hope that we can benefit in future from the vast experience that OUTA has built up in dealing with maladministration and waste of taxpayers’ money.
I am also attaching my Chairman’s Report to give you an understanding of the challenges we face in the coming year.
